Using seasonal produce can benefit you in many ways. There is less chance that it has been flown in from other countries to supply out of season demand. Supermarkets and markets will have an abundant supply so prices are cheaper. Seasonal ingredients naturally work together so it’s easier to create recipes. The produce will be noticeably tastier, fresher and easier to cook.
