Mix all the ingredients and use over chicken or fish. I use this a lot on salmon and leave it covered in the fridge overnight to absorb all the flavours. Use the left over marinade to stir fry vegetables and rice in a little groundnut oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Chilli, Ginger & Honey
Ingredients:
1/2 inch ginger finely chopped
1/2 tsp dried chilli flakes or 1/2 small red chilli de-seeded and finely chopped
1 tbsp clear honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp rice wine vinega
