This is a recipe a friend of mine Sue showed me, which is really moreish, no matter how much she put out it always got finished. I think it’s a fantastic addition to your salads, burgers and cajun chicken at barbecues. Simply mix all the ingredients together and serve.

Humous & Yoghurt Dip
Ingredients:
200g humous
200g greek yoghurt
handful or coriander leaves chopped
handful of mint leaves chopped
juice of 1 lime
